The Vista Homes and Design concept was launched in 2007 by Principal and Owner Natasha Whiteside. Natasha’s past and vast experience within the building industry has enabled the company to offer a point of difference building experience. We pride ourselves on exploring new and fresh ideas and take the time to get to know each of our clients prior to offering a home design that best suits their lifestyle. This time and understanding allows the creation of a home you'll be proud to live in, or investment property that will reap financial rewards. We also understand the importance of your home being built to suit our tropical North Queensland lifestyle and environment, to ensure your home is not only sustainable, but energy efficient.

The Vista Homes Team

Our team of experts and professionals in their individual fields will guide you through each step of the building process. They take care of the finer details, keeping you informed of your homes progress during each of the five stages of building. All clients meet with our colour consultant to personalise your home and select finishes that represent your ideal outcome, however, if this home is an investment, we have pre-selected packages you can choose from.

With sound experience in building on sloping blocks, two and three storey, split level, renovations, extensions and tropical design construction, we look forward to speaking with you about your individual requirements.
